"Franklin School Ya Can't Go, Franklin School Ya Can't Go, Franklin School Ya Can't Go... Wrong!"
I went to Franklin Elementary School back when it was located on Dexter Street in Pullman. I heard that now the building is used for School District offices (does anyone know if this is true - I know it isn't being used for a school anymore)?
Here's a few of my memories from Franklin Elementary School
* marbles games
* kickball games
* stingray bikes
* the round cement "forts" in a grove of trees on the east side of the playground that were great for throwing snowballs from
* Mrs Bartell, Mrs Thorne, Mrs Reault, Mr Farmer
* acorn trees on the west side of the playground by the swings
* Karl Kimball or was it Ed Rohn? getting in trouble with Mr. Northrup (the principal) for making a play on words about his name right by his open window
